Something for everybody

Earlier this week, BT's aunt and I made boysenberry jelly

Holly bought some frozen pureed fruit through church. It did make things a lot easier - not having to remove seeds and mash everything. But, we had a hard time finding a recipe that used a puree instead of fresh. So, making our 5 batches of jelly was a bit of a learning curve for us. We ended up with a few perfect jars, some that are just as tasty, but not as jelled as we would have liked, and a few jars that are just syrup.

Which, paired with a jar full of pancake mix, is not really such a bad thing after all.

That looks pretty tasty, and just pretty too!

Do you have a good pancake mix recipe?
